If you received your order and believe there was a fault made, please email us at sales@thekaslabel.com within the first 48hours of delivery where a member of customer service will assist onwards. Any product that has been tampered with in ANY way will be denied of exchange. Please ensure that lashes are in original packaging and have not been tried on or processed in any way.
